Providing 252 mixed tenure apartments across 5 blocks (Block 4, 5, 10, 11 and 6A), Greenwich Wharf Phase 2 is built on a landscaped podium level with commercial at podium and ground level, which in turn is built over an underground car park.
Block 4 is ten storeys in height with a café at podium level and an Eco-centre at ground level. Block 5 is eight storeys with rowing club facilities at podium level. Block 10 is four storeys in height with commercial accommodation at podium level, and block 11 is two storeys with a nursery located at upper podium level. Each of the blocks are to be concrete framed. Block 6A is three storeys in height and is to be a timber frame construction, and the only building in Phase 2 which does not sit on the podium deck.
Blocks 4, 11, and the majority of block 5 are private tenure apartments, block 10 and a select number in block 5 are of Housing Association tenure, and block 6A is designated intermediate affordable tenure.
