Climate Innovative District Quarter 1
Joint venture between White Arkitekter and Sprunt Ltd, The Climate Innovation District is a Passive House Standard project being developed in Leeds.
The first phase, Q1, consists of housing units constructed from CITU Timber SIP Cassettes, over purpose built undercroft parking.
The scheme has received full Planning from Leeds City Council and will provide 66 town houses within Q1.
Details of this joint venture meant that whilst White maintained control of the Revit model and production of the GAs, all details were created by Sprunt using AutoCAD.
