Masterplanning project based in Johannesburg to provide new student accommodation and refurbished housing for the area adjacent to Doornfontein Station.
The residential tower comprises 924 apartment units with a shared external space reserved for residents just above the public realm.
It also introduces a pedestrianised commercial zone that leads from the station down Davies Street, and refurbishment of End Street Park.
